To GWR Medical

I would like to update you on my personal experience using the O2Boot topical oxygen system. Based on my experience using this system I have made the following observations;

In one patient with a two year history of a chronic venous insufficiency leg ulcer not responding to compression therapy dressings there was significant reepitheliazation and healing after six weeks of O2Boot therapy which has maintained after six months follow-up

In another patient with a 1.3 cm deep diabetic leg ulcer not responding to bio-oclusive dressings and unable to tolerate autologous platelet factor therapy at a wound center, there was stable resolution of the ulceration after three months of O2Boot therapy. In addition, based on my experience with two other patients who are currently tolerating the therapy well, I consider the O2Boot a helpful therapy for the treatment of select non-healing chronic leg ulcers.

Sincerely yours,
Eugene G. Zappi, MD
