Please allow us to express our sincere appreciation for the opportunity of utilizing topical hyperbaric oxygen therapy at Vencor Hospital, Philadelphia. We have utilized topical hyperbaric treatments on a patient who was presented to us with a massive sternum wound. Three weeks after application of topical hyperbaric treatments the sternum wound has shown a remarkable change. The wound decreased dramatically in size from 20cm(lth.) x 19cm (w.) x 5cm (depth) to 18cm (w.) x 3cm (depth) with extensive tissue granulation and epithelization.

We are quite pleased with what the hyperbaric oxygen treatment has accomplished in such a short time. From all the staff, physicians, patient, and patient's family, we are deeply grateful.
